Make sure you have the serial number at hand, it can be found on the gray sticker on the VebaBox, see the attached photo. This serial number is essential when reporting the fault.
Please provide a clear description of the problem and/or error message, and if possible, include photographs to help us resolve the problem quickly and efficiently.

The following applies to all electrical appliances: have them regularly maintained for safe operation and optimal performance. With regular maintenance you reduce the chance of malfunctions and extend the lifespan of your VebaBox. You also enjoy high uptime and avoid high repair costs. And you will notice that in your wallet!
We always recommend that you perform maintenance at least once a year.
There are various options for maintaining your VebaBox. You can choose to take out a service and maintenance subscription or have a one-off maintenance or inspection carried out. We believe it is important that all VebaBoxes are well maintained. That is why we offer various service and maintenance subscriptions. Our VebaBox expert will start by checking the operation of your VebaBox. He examines, among other things, the performance of your VebaBox based on the functional test. He will then carefully check the airframe, the cooling unit and the power supply. The cooling unit is then cleaned and the rubbers greased where necessary. The call-out costs are included.

Our VebaBox expert will start by checking the operation of your VebaBox. He examines, among other things, the performance of your VebaBox based on the functional test. He will then carefully check the airframe, the cooling unit and the power supply. The cooling unit is then cleaned and the rubbers greased where necessary. The VebaBox is also calibrated, after which you will receive a calibration certificate to demonstrate that your VebaBox falls within the stated specifications.

If any issues arise, rest assured that you won’t have to endure days without your VebaBox for repairs. We provide a replacement cooling unit promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and high uptime for you. During maintenance, our service technician conducts a thorough inspection of your VebaBox, assessing its performance through functional tests. They meticulously examine the airframe, cooling unit, and power supply, cleaning and lubricating components as needed. All replacements are done at no extra cost. Once complete, your VebaBox is calibrated, and you’ll receive a calibration certificate, verifying its adherence to specified standards.

Do you need help with a solution or do you need service? Call us on workdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Then we will look at which solution you need.
